Todays the day! In about 3 hours, I will be eating a huge slice of pizza and then getting weighed in for the Dietbet contest in front of Ripley's in Times Square! This should be a good game, and I wish everyone luck!! I know how hard it is to lose weight!
Looking at the lst few days, seems I am up on my carbs again. Carbs are the enemy!!! Ideally, I'd like to be somewhere around 100 carbs for the day. When I started out, I did watch them better, and I attibute that to the shed pounds.
I weighed in this morning at 265, but I expect that number to be higher later, As I will have my clothes on!!! Still it should be in the area on 10 pounds for me to lose in 28 days? I can do this!!!!

I found myself at over 300 pounds, and finally started to do something about it! I made a goal for myself, to be 200 pounds when by the time I turn 41. This is my journal telling the story of how I (hopefully) get there.
