My day started out just fine, I ate my food, did my walking (with some pain in my leg mind you) and generally kept it light. I knew I was going to Wo Hop last night, so I left a LOT of calories to enjoy myself

Still, I over did it, The food is just to damn good to pass up. All the "little of this, little of that" tends to add up quickly, it sneeks up on you big time. I ate about 300 more calories then my personal max allowance is and about 700 calories more then usual, YIKES!

Was it worth it? Of course it was, because 1) Its early in the game and I can fix it pretty easy and 2) Because I learned that by "preparing" for it, I actually let my guard down and gave myself an out to let go. (And 3) It just good & yummy full out, but we can't talk about it like that)

That being said, I am STILL full from last night, and have no desire to eat. It's not guilt or anything honest. I felt bloated the whole night. I will skip breakfast, and do a light lunch, as we are again going to be eating "real world"" food tonight: Prime Rib. This time though, I will just stop at one serving, thank you.
